All customers, located outside European Union must clear customs accordingly to their country's laws.
If client refuses or can't clear customs in their country:
1.1 The client must cover the cost of delivery back to the country of the sender.
1.2 In the country of origin, the goods will be subject to customs clearance with a tax rate of 21%. This amount will be deducted from the refund.
